We have worked for the big plumbing companies in the Philadelphia area for over a decade. We love plumbing, but working for these larger companies can you make start to forget how much you enjoy the work. Over time they introduced gps & time tracking, quotas, higher prices, worse materials, sales gimmicks in order to get the homeowner to spend as much as possible, overbooking the plumbers so we have no work/life balance. The plumbers and our customers suffered as a result. Our goal is to cultivate a plumbing culture where we are not rushed, we have the time to do the job right, to really listen to our customers and come up with solutions that make sense for the situation and for the budget. Our priorities as a business are:
- Safety for the plumber and the homeowner
- Using quality materials and proper tools to perform code-approved, long lasting workmanship
- Develop a rapport with each client so we are on the same page every step of the way, and can build trust over time
- Set fair prices and do our best to work within the homeowner’s budget
- Back up our work with a warranty. We do our best to avoid a warranty call, but when it does happen we will come out and resolve it promptly.
Our goal is to be the friendly neighborhood plumber and develop long-lasting relationships with our customers based off of our integrity, quality of work, and affordability.
